WHY DO YOU WANT THIS: I had never used the Admin privileges until my friend Ben had created a server and showed me with his friends how to appropriately monitor players. He showed me all the tools, and responsibilities of an Admin and I never took them for granted. Ever since then I have been an Admin on many servers hosting and creating new events for everyone on the server. I love being a leader and creating new things for the players to enjoy!
HOW WOULD YOU DEAL WITH A GRIFER: Griefing is an intolerable act that must be dealt with. However, though I am an admin, I am not the owner. Just give me some boundaries to stay within and I will deal with the situation within them. So I might judge the degree of punishment based on the amount of damage. You decide.
HOW WOULD YOU USE WORLD EDIT: I would mainly use world edit to add activities to the server. I absolutely love adding pvp arena's, mob arena's, and other sort of arena's for the players to use.
