Experience as a Head-Moderator:
i was the Head Moderator of a small creative server a year ago and have had some experience with being moderator later on i was promoted to admin and have experience being a staff member and understand the point of view from both sides (players and staff) i was in charge of listing potential moderators for the future.
Experience as a Moderator:
i was a moderator on a economy server called JakoCraft where i was in charge of moderating the chat and hub. i was in charge of the chat for the whole server and the staff member for the main hub. the only reason im not mod any more is due to the lack of funding the server received.
Experience on faction servers: i am the owner of a current factions server called KnoxSurvival and am starting up a network on the same basis with creative and prison.
Ideal conditions to ban someone (In your opinion):
i use the 3 strike rule the first strike is a verbal warning the second strike is a kick or mute depending on the offence and finally when that is over if they are still disobeying the rules i will ban them.

Why should I even consider you:
because i was chosen for the junior leaders program at my school which is a 5 credit course that 4 people from the whole school get to participate in(pop of school 1100). i was also the mechanical captain of my high schools robotics team where i was in charge of leading the mechanical team and working with the other teams to build a robot in 6 weeks ready for the competition.
Extra information: time zone is utc -7 i live in Canada speak english and bad french. i can dedicate abut 10-40 hours a week depending on the week and i am a open book so you can ask me any questions you would like.
