I was about to apply when I saw all the applications denied for rubbish reasons. If Skype is mandatory, please kindly state it clearly. Most people don't have skype or are not willing to converse with strangers. If you want forty-five plus staff, it'd probably be better to widen your standards (constructive criticism)
