Past experience: I am currently a head moderator and moderator of 2 servers and i used to be a admin later promoted to a head admin of a server called ''the swarm''. I also have owned my own server used mcph minecraft pro hosting but i ran out of cash and had to close it before opening day.

How long have you played minecraft? I have played minecraft since 1.3.2 update august 2012 so i have had 2 years of minecraft experience.

How can i benefit this server? I can benefit this server and any other server with my leadership skills, my experience and my unique talent

Hi let me first introduce myself, my name is william and i will be applying for game admin. my skype is >----william.liu62<----- and if required my other means of communication will be given through skype. I am aged 14 and a half with experience in minecraft for over 2 years. I have played minecraft since august 2012 (update 1.3.2). I decided to leave minecraft to grow during 1.5 updates to 1.6. I decided i wanted to come back so i did. Since then i have refreshed my minecraft command skills and i think i am just about as good as i was before if not better.
Now lets get back to my application. My past experience of minecraft staff is expansive, I have been a head admin (just makes sure admins are not abusive) on a server called the swarm. I am also a admin on 2 servers currently which are planning to open within 2 weeks and a moderator of a small factions/economy based server.
My skills of leadership, respect and courage will help the server grow. I am willing to gamble and take risks to see if the community likes something or dislikes it. I am a man that likes to test things, try to get new things and help servers like this one expand.

What will your recruitment process be: The recruitment process for me would be read they're responses carefully in great detail, hopefully the long the better (not always). If i like what they say and they sound legit i add them to skype
ask them afew more questions test their ability to their max. Consider with other fellow staff (if available) If they pass i put them down for a trial rank

What can you help with: I can help with recruiting, building (in a group), helping with plugins, fixing glitches and advertising.

Why do you want the position: I want this position because this server means what they say. Also i can bring in a wide range of skills from advertising to managing and recruiting all this things i can bring in and it will benefit the server dramatically. I can also fit into a team without hesitation which will save time.

Do you have time to recruit: Yes i do have time to recruit i can play 4-5hrs daily so i can spend 3-4 on pmc and 1 skypeing and on mc testing them.

Have you ever been banned from a server, if so why? Yes once for giving away base coordinates on facs? never knew that

How are you able to improve our server?I am able to improve on your server by i can help with plugins, getting ranks ready, perms, world guard/world edit, basic building (im not that great of a builder), shop , keeping chat clean and last of all making the server run smoothly without any bumps and make sure all the players enjoy the server

How many servers are you staff on? overall 4-6? currently 2

How many hours can you put towards our server in a day/week? well lets see daily i can do 4-5hrs and weekly times that by 6 and u got around 30hrs

Anything else we should know? I like cheese, im quite mature(not too mature or that wouldnt be fun :L) and i love to game (bf4 dota 2 planet side 2 minecraft etc...) and i can sometimes not always doante to a server.

Building skill:(0/10) honestly im not the best 6.5-7.5

Maturity:(0/10) 9-9.5 sadly im not perfect

Experience:im a mod on 1 server which is currently up used to own a server which got 10-20ppl on daily but since our server costing was 40$ a month is lasted 1 month sadly. I also used to be a head admin of a server the theswarm. Also i used to be a admin for a small prison server.

Why should we choose you for this position?: You should chose me as admin or head mod because i have had experience in this position and i am trustworthy. I am willing to go through a number of tests to prove myself worthy and i know how to run most if not all basic plugins and some advanced ones aswell such as group manager, pex (if your going to use it) i can do kits, setup prisons and maybe even work if some custom plugins if u teach me

A bit about yourself?: i am 14, i love cheese respect high ranks and i love jokes (until they get out of hand :O)

How long have you been playing MC?: I have been playing since august 2012 1.3.2 update

Have you been a Staff member on any other server?: Yes i am currently a moderator on a server which is growing and a head admin on another server. I also was a admin on a server called swarmhub but it closed due to lack of donations

Do you have experience? If so, in what?: Yes i have experience in making all the servers run smoothly (if its a network) or just administrating. If there are any regulations are guidelines those are my priority to follow

Have you ever been staff on another server?: Yes i have been as showed before

Can we trust you?: In my opinion i would say yes and i can become a trial rank if necessary to prove my worthiness.I can play 6-8hrs daily Normally
