3. Admin, Co-Owner, and Developer. (I've been staff on a lot of other servers that have either shut down or have not been able to support itself because of money issues and such)
Why should we accept you over other applicants:
I am more dependable than you would expect from a 15 year old, and I have many high standards and expectations for myself that I value, such as honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity.
Describe what you've learned from being an Admin or Mod on previous servers:
I've learned that being a member of a staff team on Minecraft is not only fun, but sometimes difficult considering the amount of hackers and abusers of power on some servers.
Are you proficient in solving problems, explain:
I am. I think that I act professionally when talking to people, and I can figure out ways to work around many hindrances that may come up in plugins, or server issues such as hackers. In the past while dealing with hackers, I have acted professionally in the matter of banning the said person while still having a sense of humor even when I am forced to act harshly.
In your own words, why are moderators/admins necessary on a server:
They are necessary because they help enforce the rules and laws that have been put out by the owners and staff. Without the presence of an Admin or Moderator, I believe that the the outcome of the server would result in chaos.
Describe the extent of your knowledge with basic commands:
I am skilled at the Essentials Commands, and am particularly knowledgeable about Group Manager and the ways that groups and permissions work. I do not work that well with PermissionsEx but I think that I could get used to it if I had to. I am knowledgeable in a lot of other commands and plugins too including World Edit and World Guard.
Describe, in your own words, what professionalism means:
It means to have skill and knowledge in your job that you have. It also means to be open to communication and to be trustworthy and, well, professional.
How can you contribute to our community:
I can help with plugins and installing them, I can manage the servers social media accounts, and help build when necessary. I can also help manage the players as well as their respective ranks with permissions, and other aspects.
