Past Experience: I have held every position of staff available and I am more qualified than many of the other applicants. I know what each staff position should be doing, when, and where they should be doing things. I know many plugins and something that most don't have, experience.

Why do you want to work with us?: I want to work with ArenaKingdom because I feel it is something I would love to devote my time to. I'm only ever staff on one server so I can focus on that 1 server without any distraction from others. I am very devoted and am loyal to anyone who respects me.

What makes you qualified?: I am able to offer a brighter future for the server with helpfulness, loyalty, and kindness. I was a server owner myself at one point and now I feel it is only right if I help others with their servers. I have played plenty of times and know what I am doing. I feel better about myself whenever I help out another player and gives me a sense of satisfaction knowing I made their day easier. I can help out those newer than me and can even improve some of my skills while I am at it. I know how to handle large crowds and deal with them correctly and proffesionally. I am great with others and will show each person respect as if they would respect me. I am skilled with plugins more than most applicants. I am loyal and will not leave the server or try anything stupid.

What would you rate yourself as Mature, on a scale of 1-10? - I would rate myself between a 6-7 because I know what I should do and what I should not.

How proffesional would you rate yourself, on a scale of 1-10? - I am very skilled with minecraft plugins hence why I would give myself an 8. I have 4 years of experience with playing minecraft and have built myself with experience over the years.

Im going to give you some advice, putting an age limit wont do anything for you. All it does is give you a less chance of finding people. A person whop is 13 could be much more mature and skilled then someone who is 15.

- How old are you?: I am 13 years of age.

- How long can you be on daily (average)?: 6-9 hours, 9 hours on every other day besides Tuesday or Thursday when I have soccer practice and maybe sometimes games.


- What has motivated you to apply for a position in the staff team?: I love to help others and the community and Hub servers are my favorite type of server. They have such a wide variety of different game modes. This server seems very promising to help out on.


- What are your top 3 goals to reach whilst on the staff team?: To get a promotion, to help out others in the server, and to get better at moderating.

- What interactions have you had with the staff team in the past?: None what so ever.


- Do you have any experience with moderating a game?: I have 2 years experience of moderating. I owned my own server for 5 months. I have owned every staff position there was from builder to dev.


- Have you received any punishments on the server/on the forums?: No, and I am still hoping to save my clean slate.


- Do you understand the concept of the BlitzNetwork server?: Yes


- What minigames on the BlitzNetwork interest you the most? I couldn't decide, all of them impress me so I would would have to wait and see what I like.


- In what way could you positively contribute to the server?: I can help moderate by keeping out hackers and keeping the server clean. I am on a lot and I will contribute all my time to the server. I know a lot of commands and know how to use plenty of plugins.


- What would you do when there are no higher staff members available and there is someone hacking?: I would immediately ask them to leave if they were, If they didn't then I would perma-ban them for 1 day. If they came back I would IP ban them from the server.


- How did you find this server?: One of my friends recommended it to me. He said they were accepting staff and were a great server.


- Write 3 full lines about yourself.: I am very serious person but also can be funny at times. I know when action needs to be taken and when punishment is needed. I know how to use many plugins and all of their commands.

Previous Experience: I have worked on plenty of different servers ranging from RPG to Skyblock. I know many plugins and commands. I have even owned my own server for about 5 months and it was going well until it was destroyed by hackers.

Have you ran a server before?: Yes I have ran my own server before.
If yes for how long: My server ran for almost 4 months until a group of hackers decided to come into the server and destroy it. We tried to rebuild it but they kept coming back.
Are you interested in setting up plugins?: Setting up plugins is my favorite part of a server. I am also really good at setting permissions when it comes to groupmanager or PEX.
Or building in medieval theme?: I am not that great at building but if I know what I am building and how you want me to do it I can do a semi-decent job at it.
Anything else I should know about you?: I can be on 6-9 hours daily, 9 hours every day except Tuesdays and Thursdays when I have soccer practice and may have games every once and awhile.

What server will you believe you would be best at? (SkyBlock or SMP): I would say Skyblock, as I am more experienced with commands and have played longer on a Skyblock server than I have on a SMP server. I can be on plenty of hours when needed.
Past experience: I have been staff on Fadecloud, WalrusCraft, and plenty of other small servers. I have played every single role in staff from Helper all the way to even owning my own server. On Fadecloud I served as a Helper for 3 months until the server lost popularity and I was kicked from staff.
Strengths of being a Staff Member (Please give 2-3 strengths): I am particularly good in the area of commands, as I have played for about 2 years give or take. I am well rounded with urgent situations and have plenty of experience with taking down hackers. I am very outgoing, not afraid to speak the truth.
Weaknesses of being a Staff Member (Please give 2-3 weaknesses): My life is very full as I do have soccer practices two times a week and maybe games every once in awhile so I may not have as much server time as my other peers. I try very hard to get my point across and may be a little over the top (at times). I have a very long patience which may mean I slip away from things at times.

Maturity level 0-10 (don't lie, we will notice this in the interview): I would say that I am somewhere between a 5 and a 6. This also may change at times during the situation.
How many hours can you dedicate to the server on a daily basis?: 6-7
What do you plan on doing for the server?: I strive to help servers keep out hackers and help the community. My very own server was destroyed by hackers and my very loyal staff tried to help but were unsuccessful.
Why should we pick you?: I love to help the community of other servers because it is something that I can do at this certain age. It makes me feel like a better person when someone asks me for help.
What sets you apart from other applicants?: I have a very certain skill set more based on plugin (I don't code) managing using the likes of group manager or PEX. I also have both Skype and TS3.
