You obviously don't know much about GPU's or maybe even Technology in general...
AMD cards are used just as much as Nvidea, also Asus isn't the best brand about, MSI is better (but that can be argued in opinions).
You're right about AMD not having shadowplay, but AMD has Raptr which is the same thing but for AMD cards, also why would you even use it? DXTory with Lagarith codec hardly affects performance and is better recording.
