My name is Riley Smith and I manage Aero VODS (formerly know as Aero). When I started out, my videos received no views! I have 2 tips for you.
1. Are you using video tags? Video tags are very useful to get your videos out there by using simple search terms like, "{your channel} Minecraft" or "{your channel} latest". These can be really helpful when you are trying to kickstart a video.
2. Catchy titles! You must add keywords into your titles so that they are easily viewable. For example, someone wants 1.19 Let's Play videos. One of my video's title would then be something like, "Aero's Let's Play 1.19". This can help to show relevant videos to the topic that the viewer is interested in.
