Explain your maturity in a few sentences: I personally feel that my maturity is of a high level, i have had previous experience both in and out of the minecraft world in which i have had to take control of a team and manage everyday situations and emergencies, all of which required a high level of maturity and control.
How hard working are you?: I consider myself to be quite hard working no matter what the challenge, and those that i feel i cannot overcome alone, i will bring in members of my team to contribute to the final outcome.
How many hours can you dedicate to our project?: Currently only a few hours a day, this will change after my final exam on the 6th of June, when it will become as many hours as i need to complete the challenges that day, and sort out any problems the players may have.
What previous experience do you have?: Previous experience would be Head-Admin on 2 servers and was given part ownership over DynamicPVP that sadly went down due to a lack of money, was a plugin manager for DynamicPVP as well as it was part of my role as Owner and Head-Admin. External experience i have is Duke of Edinburgh, Captain of my rugby squad for the Dubai 7's and Gulf U18 tournaments. I will be going abroad for World Challenge for 14 days from the 2nd of June which will mean some time off the server.
Do you have any technical knowledge?: From this i'm taking that you mean with server maintenance and plugin management. I do have a small knowledge for the server logs and coding though not a sufficient amount that will be any good when contributing to server side problems. I have a firm knowledge of the basic plugins needed to run a server, others that are used are ones that i will take time to learn and understand whilst on the server.
Why should we accept you?: I feel that because i make fair choices and accept both arguments before taking time to make a final decision, it makes me different to most that would usually rush in these situations to get on with their own game play. I can contribute my previous knowledge and experience to possibly better the server and add new things that will benefit the server and its players.
What traits do you have that will help you?: I am a friendly person, but knows when to take control and shut down a situation that may not be able to play its self out in a positive way. I am fair and understanding and do not take kindly to racism, discrimination and inequality to an extent, though i do accept those that are different through hard work.
What can you bring that others can't?: Experience, a lot of the people you will read about are here to have a powerful rank, and will not put their power to its correct use. They will take advantage of certain parts of their rank and it will affect the player on the server. I am fully there for the role and will put 100% into taking care of the server whilst yes trying to enjoy myself but will play with the server and its problems that need resolving as my main objective for the day.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?: My strengths are that i can take control of a sour situation and turn it to a positive result for both parties involved. I am a strong when it comes to taking care of problems affecting the players and i am able to lead a team with coordination and have the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
My weaknesses are that when racism and/or discrimination is involved, i am more in the favor of the victim to as oppose to the offender due to it being a very serious and more personal problem that needs to be sorted out more properly and severely.
Other Info: There is not much more i can say other than if you were to take me on for this position i will put in 100% of my effort all the time, i am open to suggestions and criticism if it is in the correct manner.
