Age: 12. Please do not judge me by my age. I am a mature person and that is what matters most.

Past Experience: I currently own a server which has been open for nearly a year. I am going to be shutting down my current server to to funding issues.

Why would we pick you over others?: My level of maturity is generally higher than the average 12 year old and I understand how to control those players who sometimes get out of control.

How much time are you willing to spend for us: It depends on how much the server grows. If the server is very popular I could donate a lot of my time to it.

How will we contact you? (Skype is preferred) I have skype, but i will not publicly post it. Please privately message me if it is important that you need it.

How would you handle swearing?: I tend to handle swearing by giving a player 2 warnings then a 20 minute mute. After 1 warning and the player answers back, I make it an instant 1 hour mute. I suppose it all depends on the servers rules.

How would you handle racism?: I would handle racism very seriously. My punishment would be a permanent mute until the offender has submitted an appeal.

How would you handle Homophobic calls?: I'm unsure of what this question means.

How would you handle two players fighting?: I would tell them not to expose their argument in global chat and if possible to move into private message. I would also try to calm things down to stop the argument.

How would you handle two staff members fighting?: I would not interfere. I would most likely notify the owner or another administrator, so they can re think about their position.

If you got into a fight with another staff or player what would you do (Write two explanations) : I do not know. I have never experienced fighting with another player in minecraft.

Help/JavaEdition Domains?

Hey,

I believe domains are better because many people will remember it easier than a number IP. For example, mc.hypixel.net is a memorable domain, other than loads of random numbers such as: 334.222.562:12345 (not a real server).

I really do recommend purchasing a domain. It will help your members out to remember the IP in case they lose it etc.
