That's unfortunate sorry that happened. Over the years, minecraft playerbase has changed a lot with younger kids/teens pretty toxic. I try my best with heavy moderation just with concerns of my player-base being 13-17. As soulstab said you can report to Mojang with report a concern. It's more the server staff to be on top of things. 3rd party servers have a lot of freedoms when it comes to how they are ran/moderated.
