Hi everyone! Here I bring you all a sneak peak of SilentHollow's modded version -- I still have a long way to go but I thought to start in the Nether/Hell first! Here is the main portal area, it's very clearly different now! Enjoy! :)

~ What to expect in the Modded SilentHollow version ~
- Exclusive exteriors: all exteriors will be revamped using the blocks the Conquest Reforged modpack includes! There are so many blocks for me to choose from it's insanity.
- Exclusive interiors: along with the exteriors, all interiors will be revamped to use the awesome decoration + furniture blocks the modpack gives!
- Modded SilentHollow only features: besides exteriors and interiors, there will be extra features coming to this special version that won't be coming to the original non-modded version. Stay tuned for extra details!

I just wanna say I am excited to be working on this, I'm excited to start something new with SilentHollow that's gonna bring me excitement to be working on it again after cancelling it for the longest time. I really hope when I release the modded version you all will enjoy exploring the new details I have added to both SilentHollow, Oceanside, ClearHollow, and of course I can't forget about Hell. I know some people cannot play Modded Minecraft maps, but I will try to share as many photos as I can so you all can experience it. I may even one day do a full video tour of the Modded Version as well as the original version.

Thank you for those that have stuck with me, and thank you to any new faces that are joining this project's journey. It'll be 7 years old this year in November when I first posted it, and I can't wait to release this new version.

I've begun working on SilentHollow's modded version using the Conquest Reforged Mod!!
This will be an additional world file you can download using the main SilentHollow PMC page :)

I'll share more details later, in the mean time definitely check the mod out! I recommend the CurseForge launcher for the mod since I've found it to be really easy to set up :)
It uses the Conquest Texture Pack + adding a tooonnnn of extra blocks like vertical slabs, shutters (they're actually functional too!), glass stairs, slabs, etc

Aight y'all I need your vote!
Since it doesn't seem like there's any guidelines against uploading worlds using the Conquest Reforged mod...

Would anyone like to see a SilentHollow Conquest Reforged mod exclusive?? I won't upload it as a separate project but rather an additional / optional download to the other SilentHollow?

Lemme know what you guys think/want :)

I could probably just look it up on the site but I'd rather ask directly: can we share/upload modded Minecraft worlds like from the Conquest Reforged modpack? I'm starting a project on there I'd like to share but I dunno if it's allowed
if not I'll use the MinecraftForum site to share it :)

If someone creating a safe space for themselves by not wanting certain people (aka the homophobes, transphobes, etc) to follow them and you see that as "problematic" you need to seriously reevaluate what you deem problematic. It is never problematic for someone to create a safe space for themselves, EVER. If they don't want you following them, there's no excuse for you to throw a hissy fit and claim they're being "rude" and "hateful".

Safe spaces are valid and should always be respected.

w all the recent homophobia occurring i'd just like to say i have my preferred pronouns (she/they) and my sexuality (pansexual) displayed on my page. and i haven't mentioned it, but i believe i'm somewhere on the asexual spectrum. i have gotten comments and dms abt it all like crazy as of late. i'm fine w displaying it but if you actively go out of your way to question me when you don't approve (and probably never will)? what the hell? if you don't support, why interact? literally get out. this community is a positive, accepting one, and if you don't want it to be, you're not meant to be here. block me if you don't support. i don't want to interact w you.

edit: and i'm (yet again) genuinely considering taking a big hiatus or even just leaving. if i do, i'll tell my friends and announce it to those who care. i don't want comments saying "oh don't leave!" or "if you want to go ahead we will miss you" i appreciate that, but i know i can leave when/if i want. those comments make me feel like it isn't my choice. last time i brought this up someone mentioned my sub count? if i had 10 subs or 1.3k it's always my choice if i wanna leave. i don't need "permission".

It is with great sadness that I am announcing this but it is for the best..

Hi everyone! I'm sure you're all hoping this was a post about the SilentHollow update. However, this is the opposite of that. SilentHollow and all other projects planned have been cancelled indefinitely. I just do not have the interest nor the will to work on it anymore. I've tried to plan things and set thing up so I'd be excited but I just end up tossing it to the side and abandoning it.

This also means I will be leaving PMC. Thank you all for your support even though it was literally a very small number. I will admit, the lack of interest shown in SilentHollow has led me to my decision as I feel that even though I try to get people to interact and allow for feedback, there's just nothing there.

So with that being said, I maybe one day will come back but for now this is my last goodbye.

It's with great sorrow that I read through this, and I feel awful knowing that I've been looking at every update and post relating to SilentHollow very excited to see what's in store, as I know you've been one of the best sort of gothic horror-vibe builders on Minecraft, and definitely one of the most well established ones.

I've followed your work for... I don't even know how long anymore, but I know it was one of the first projects I hearted, diamonded, and went ahead and subscribed to the creator for as well. I suppose it goes to show one day, all good things must come to some sort of an end.

I wish you well in your future endeavors, and if you ever decide to come back and take a swing at being on here again... Well, I'll be here waiting for you, with a youtube hyperlink to 'Welcome Back Kotter'.
