How will you handle advertising in chat?:I would tell them to stop and mute them before banning them. If they continue I will ban them. (Also assuming again that I have the permissions to)

How will you handle hacksulations in chat? (Accusing someone of hacking):I will ask them for proof and if the person they are accusing IS hacking, I will tell a moderator/admin online. If they are not, I would kick the accuser.

Why you want op:So that I can help players understand some of the commands. And well, help them with stuff. Not like "CANZ I HAS DIMUNDZ" or "LUV PLS BAN HIM I SAW HIM DOING NOTHING"

Extra notes: I have been banned twice.
1.Advertising on vaultcraft. I didn't know advertising was not allowed.
2.I was an admin on this one.
I messed around with worldedit and accidentaly made a bedrock to sky tower of cactus that apparently shut down the server for 4 hours.
That's why I build by hand now.
I am also pretty good at making parkour maps. I made a hardcore level parkour map a few months back for one of my friends.
Can't really be on that much on weekdays, but for this week, I'm totally free as it's the holidays for me.
