PMC/Discussion All submission images broken? Help fix.

%25 of the photos on PMC are unviewable and it takes multiple tries to upload a single picture. I'd really like this issue looked into because I wanted to update my photos about a month ago and I still haven't been able to.

Where could I download the newest default texture pack? I mean I need it in a folder, if I had the newest one, it would have the correct folders and particle effects and all I need to do is copy over the terrain and art. Thing is I can't find one anywhere..
