CreedCraft CommunityI recommend you join the Conquest Reforged server to polish up your building skill. It's the official community for the Conquest Reforged mod, and should really help.
The Conquest Reforged mod adds all the metadata blocks from Monsterfish's resourcepack, Conquest_ (The one you are using in your 1st picture), and adds them all into modded minecraft 1.10. Recently they merged with the ArdaCraft community (A recreation of the Lord Of The Rings world), and honestly almost everyone on the server is an amazing builder, and super-friendly so they can offer you any advice or help you out anytime.
PS: If this looks like advertising, I'm sorry. I'm only a player on the Conquest Reforged server, having moved from Ravand. I only suggested this because it was fairly related, and hopefully will help the OP expand on his potential. His builds are looking fine now, I love the crane in the background by the way, but I really think he's improve by joining the CR community.
