Why do you want to be Admin: I feel that my extensive knowledge on server management can benefit you and your players and I always like to be a part of an active server.
What responsibilities do you expect as admin: I am very versatile, and can be in charge of building, recruitment, advertising, plugins, website design, server design, aesthetics, or nearly anything else you can think of.
Experience as Staff: I run a personal server that is fully configured on occasion but is mostly used for testing plugins and building. I've been lucky to have staff on a number of servers, most of them being new like this. I did my best on every single one to improve them, but sadly they all went down eventually due to poor planning or ban ownership.
Are you in the staff of another server: No.
Experience with Plugins: As I said before, I own a personal server dedicated for testing and building. I keep all the plugins fully configured on it including doing the permission nodes myself. Occasionally I even reset the server to just config for something to do. To prove my knowledge, I'd probably have to show you on site, but I assure you it won't take long to prove.
What can you offer to this server: I can offer you someone who knows bukkit very well and can configure and use any part of it, someone who can make the server look beautiful (whether it be through organization of chat or building of beautiful structures), and someone who has plenty of patience for fellow players.
Why should I accept you: I think I have proved my point in that I am heavily experienced in all aspects of Minecraft and Bukkit. That alone should at least give me a chance towards being part of your staff.
