Look, it's great and all that you've got all this money to spend but it's a huge waste. Spend the money on hardware and plugins and developers rather than staff. Any staff member asking for money to moderate a server is someone who you probably shouldn't want to hire.
E.g - someone who wants paid to moderate your server
- only doing it for the monetary benefits
- probably not going to be as engaging
- someone who just wants to moderate
- dedication
- more engaging than the other person
i have already purchased those things. These funds are dedicated to builders and devs.
- a player from your server who works his way up the ranks to become a miderator
- proven to be dedicated
- proven to care about your community
- proven to know about the server
And no offence, but suddenly throwing $5000 at a server network seems a little strange, with such a large sum of money, you should probably realise that you should start small, one or two servers and gain a player base.
Then nice you've got a dedicated group of players and your servers are fully open up another one. Then when that is filled up, another and so forth.
To get a player base, you need a niche in the server community, find something unique. Hence why, spending your 5k on a developer/hardware is a better option because it means you have the potential to create a new kind of server instead of an everyday factions hunger games or mini games server.
