Why you want to be admin: I see many servers. Many fail due to poor owners and abusive staff. By being staff I hope I heavily influence the way the servers runs and ultimately the success of the server. I am a very professional person, experienced in almost every server situation possible with a huge knowledge of player management and plugins. With a bit of coding ability as well.
Experience with being staff: I have been Co-Owner on a 200+ player daily server. Moderator on an upcoming network and helped many people setting up server.
How will you help the server: I excel in many things. Player management, advertising, plugins, websites and staff management. Using my various abilities I will be able bring a lot to the server. Popularity, server stability, financial stability, new ideas and servers and making sure the server is seen in a good, professional light. I am also a very friendly person and can socialise with players, they love me xD However at the same time I will be professional, not letting anything slip my attention.
Also, I am learning the Java language and soon I hope I will soon reach such a level where as I can make custom plugins for the server, making the experience even better.
