The servers i have worked with up to date:
HarryLeyland 20 slots: I worked on this server as a Co Owner. But i was very new and did not know much about plugins! I built a very small spawn. It had a room for rules and another room for a shop. Then it was just run away from spawn. But the server got damaged and we decided it was for the best to shut it down.
HarryLeyland 40 slots: So with more research from my behalf we opened up a second server with 40 slots. We spend a week working on it. I had done a lot more research in stopping spammers, hackers and grifers. As well as learning about world edit and world guard. But i only used world guard to protect spawn. With this we opened up the server and it lasted for 1 month. It was shut as there was just two less people working on it.
Server from Leeds 25 slots: A person from leeds is hat i remember. He asked me to to help teach him about world guard. So i taught him then from there nothing else really happened.
2 People from UK: This server i joined and spent about a month playing. Then they asked me if i would like to become helper and join them in a skype call which i did. So after i showed them what i can do, they ranked me up to moderator. I then gave them ideas and new building designs. From after creating a tutorial for new players they gave me op. So a few weeks into helping people and trusted with op. They shutdown the server. So i asked what was going on they were auguring who gets the donation. The owner wanted some for him and server. While staff was auguring that they should get paid. So i did not want anything to do with it and left.
MCAcadmey: I applied for this server and was accepted. I would say in some fairness they had better control over staff. Anyway, i was accepted and interviewed with the owner. He was having problems with building faster for opening time. So i asked if i can come on and help which he let me. He was basically adding stairs along some walkway. I said let me help with world edit. At first he was unaware. So i did my research and gave him the command to do it. Then he did after saving server and backing up. In case he thought i was cheating. He did it and was surprised. He then opped me out of the blue told me to finish it. Which i did in ten min. So then it was time to build the shop with a plugin which makes item float in the air. I did this in about a week. as it was tiring and had college. The server did shut down.

What makes you stand out?
I'm trusted. I can work on my own and as part of a team. I'm self motivated. I can make good decisions and wrong one then learn from that. I can pick up things very quickly. If i don't know a command i can research and use it and configure it in the same day. I have also worked on my own website before and montering post. I will ask for help if i'm confused.
Why should we choose you?I'm trusted. I'm nice. I can work well in a team. But mostly better on my own. I like taking poeple other ideas. Im 18 from the uk and mature.
