(Please provide any proof from the servers you have been staff on and any references)- I have had 2 experiences as a staff member in my time. The first I can not give you any proof because it was back I 1.2.4, but me and my friend Tygon founded a minecraft server called the "The OutbackCraft." It was a server that consisted of your own skyblock but in a unique rpg way. We had a daily player base of 60 and our highest player count we had on at one time was 150 players. Might seem small now but back in 1.2.4 that was really big. My next experience I had was with a project with my friend Tygon, and a developer named Jimmeh. We had a huge project of making a moba minecraft server and were doing so great! This however eventually fell apart and was sold because Jimmeh the owner didn't want to carry on so I left along with tygon. I don't know if there is still a website for this server but it was called "LegionCraft'. If you would like some more proof I have jimmeh on my skype and I could give you his contact info and all you have to do is ask about Interix within the "Legion"(that's what the staff was called). This project was back at the start of the 1.7 update.

- How many hours per week can you provide to the server?- I can work provide from 2pm-11pm on weekdays except Wednesdays, and on weekends from 2(sometimes 4)pm-12am due to school and work conflicts.

- Why do you think that you would be a outstanding staff member?- The reason I think I will be an outstanding staff member is one because of my experience and two because I am in school for human relations, management, and marketing. I understand how to make people happy, what makes them happy and also I understand how to catch the attention of others. I also understand what it takes to be a good and effective leader.

- Can you record if needed?-Yes, and edit as well.

- Any additional information you would like to share with us?- along with all the classes I am taking right now as said in the other part of this application I also know what it is like to lead with IRL experience as I am and have been the captain of my soccer team since I was 4.(have taken us to nationals 4 times) and also I was the leading officer in my ROTC class, until I quit ROTC.

When did you start playing minecraft?: I started Playing Minecraft in 1.2.4
When did you start in server management?: I started server management back in 1.2.4, but then ended in 1.3.2. From then on I have been just helping people out with there server if needed by being a staff member or just giving them ideas for a server.
Why do you want to become a manager of one of our server?: I want to be a manager for one of your servers because I have not managed for a while and I feel it would be nice to get back into things. Also I feel like you guys are dedicated based on what I am seeing. Usually people post things like this go at it for a week then quit.
What makes you qualify for this position?: What makes me qualify for this position is that even though I have managed and run a server once, I still know how. I would bring this server to be as fun and unique as possible. I only ever accept staff that I know is trustworthy and would be helpful to the server. I know how to make a server run and be fun as possible because I try to make the server what the players want rather then what I want.
What Experiences do you have in this?: Back in 1.2.4 me and a friend managed our own very successful server with 40 dedicated players on a day. This server was called the "The Outback". We dedicated most of our time to run this server and make it the best possible server.
What Server Would you like to manage?: I would like to manage the mini games server. This might be the hardest server to manage but I believe I can do it because I am very creative and like I said before I can come up with some very unique ideas. If you guys do not feel like I can manage the mini game server then I can manage the factions server instead. Either one is fine with me.
Additional Information?: I am very creative and unique like I have said before. I can take one of these servers and make something really fun for all players to enjoy, and love. I am open and trustworthy. I can spend most of time managing the server unless I am on vacation, playing soccer, with familly, or school. I will try to do the best I can managing a server.

Experience: I have no experience coordinating a server. This will be a new thing for me since I normally am holding the position of mod, or admin. I believe that I can handle this position though because I have some very interesting and creative ideas that I can bring to the server. I will of course always run these ideas by you first so that you can approve them. This position would not only be fun for me but also very interesting to do.
List one Idea/event that could be implemented (Explain): Since you are starting off as a faction server I had and idea specifically for factions at the moment. I was thinking that we could have a big event were we open a new world that is live for 6-7 days. This world is for players to join and collect as much gear as they can in the 7 days. (NOTE: there is not pvp or raiding in this world that way everyone has a fair chance. Also there will be a 1000-1500 world border.) On the 8th day we will turn the world into a big PVP Arena aand let everyone fight. (NOTE: we can also instead of doing everyone for themselves have this as a faction compition as well.) Then the last faction or person standing gets a big reward on the server. (NOTE: this reward being whatever you as the server owner wants.). This is just one of the many ideas I can come up with for any type of server you make.
Hours available: I am available mostly all day. The only time i am not playing is for school, soccer, vacation, and family. I will also take breaks sometimes that way I can stay fit, but none of these stop me from always thinking of ideas for the server.
Why you want to work with us: I want to work with you because I see that you are thinking of the server in depth and are determined to go through with the server. I also see that you are going into depth with these applications so you get good and knowlegable players.
Anything else: I am good with players and will take ideas from them as well because it is all about the players. I am a good trustworthy person so dont worry there. I am also very mature when it comes to things like this. Lastly I will be dedicated to this server that way we can try to make it the best we can and fun for all types of players.

How creative are you? I am creative in the sense I can come up with unique ideas and put them into use for like a minigame or such.
How good are you with commands and the console? (I don't want specific plugin commands. I want to know are you able to learn the ones you do not know?): I know basically every command for the console and if I dont know one I am a very fast learner.
Will you be relaxed while talking with me? (By that I mean in any situation I want to know you won't freak out over small things.) Yes I will be relaxed. I dont get mad over small things especially since you are the Owner.
Will you be an open person towards me? (Just as I will be open with you. I'd like to know we can trust each other.): Yes I will. I am a pretty fun guy to be around because I like to have fun and I am also very trustworthy.

What made you interested in helping the server out?: I am interested in helping the server out because I see that you have a good plane that you are sticking to. I like that you have thought things out rather than diving into things.
If you are given Co-Owner what do you think you'll be doing? If I am given Co-Owner I will mostly be doing a bit of everything. I will help out were ever is needed and also watch over everyone to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. When server is set up then as Co-Owner its a matter of keeping the players happy and the server running.
How will you handle different types of situations? From console errors, bugs, glitches, to players needing help, fighting, cheating, etc. Give me examples: If there is a console error I will first research the error or send the hosting company a ticket before doing anything else with the error. If there are bugs that involve glitching I will work the hardest I can to get that patched so people are not abusing it. If players are needing help that is always the first priority and I will help them in any way I can. If there is cheating it will be dealt with by punishment determining how bad he cheated and If there is fighting the same applies.
Are you good with people? (Meaning are you able to talk with people and not get frustrated over simple or big things. Not everyone knows how to play minecraft.): I am good with everyone. Yes I might sometimes get annoyed but I never take it out on the player or even show that I am frustrated.
If one of the staff members are doing something wrong what would you do? (From exploiting things, cheating, playing unfair, etc): If a staff member were to break the rules applying to staff by cheating I would handle it by demoting them, taking the things they cheated in, and depending on how serious either a temp ban or a permanent ban.
Anything else you would like to add? (I recommend that you put something here to help increase your chances. But don't be immature about it..): I am a very fun person to be around. I work hard when needed and relax and have fun when appropriate. I know how to really work with all the plugin configurations, and lastly I am mature.

Any experiences as a server Admin, Moderator or Developer I have spent much time learning about almost every plugin out there that is needed to know and run a server. I am very fast at configing because I have been doing it for friends and on my own whenever i feel like it.
Any experiences owning a server? Yes. I have had experience owning a server with my friend that had 40 people on a day. It was called "The Outback", but it ended because he had stopped playing minecraft and paying for the server.
How can you make this server better? What can you bring? I have many ideas that i could bring to the server as well as a fun attitude.
Any YouTube, Twitch, etc... Experience? I have no experience with youtube videos or any recording time.
Would you be willing to pitch in a few bucks to give the server a push start? (Not mandatory) Yes I would if i saw the server wasa going in the right direction by seeing a good and dedicated owner.

Past Experience. (related to your selected positions only): I have been co-owner of a good server back in the day and I understand every position perfectly and what personalities need to go into that position. I know how to tell if someone is making up a bunch of things to make there application look good by making it super long. This is very important because you do not want a position filled with someone who lied to get that position.
Why do you want to help this server? (think outside the box): I want to help this server out because every server needs a chance. Now this doesn't meen your server is bad it meens that every server has the potential to be a good server if done correctly. This server is heading on the right path by doing what its doing. You rarely see a server like this there all faction and prison wich gets old. I want to help this server out because I beleive I can help with the better playing experience of this server.
How good of a builder are you?: Build rating out of 10 I give myself an 8.
How willing are you to demote/promote people?: Very unwilling to promote people because people come on apply then leave. They don't even give the server a chance, because all they want is op. Now demoting people I am willing to do. If you mess up as Staff it probably meens you should not be staff. Staff on a server is a big position to be taken seriously and not take it as a joke.
How do you like the questions so far? (don’t be afraid to answer honestly): These questions are good but should not be all apps stored into one. Your asking a R.O. how good of a builder he/she is and your asking a builder how he/she is willing to promote/demote a player. Just make seperate apps for the different positions.
What do you think of my plans for the server overall? (don’t be afraid to answer honestly): I think you plans for the overall server are really good. When do you get to see a server like this. Ive only seen a couple of these servers and there boring. If you focus and dedicate a good amount of time to this server I believe that this server will be a big hit.
