again ^^^ ignore all the people saying its an "age related" thing. while there are some age trends to minecraft they are not sufficient enough to base a whole stereotype off of. And even if they were, lets just not make stereotypes.

i dont make them go through a test because its rather frustrating. i have been on servers that do that and either the test is too easy and lets everyone through or it is very long and annoying.
i just
watch new players fora bit to see if they will behave

yeah sometimes it seems 1 players flips out and gets a grudge and stalk your server

Thats interesting, i hadn't thought of that. I only play minecraft and don't know much about other gaming communities.

the age limit question has come up again and i would like to say again that one of my best admins is 11 and joined the server when he was only 9. He was adorable. he bounced around me in circles until i realized he didnt know how to talk so i told him to press t. He started on my server and learned how to play and showed extraordinary maturity and kindness. A few months after he joined I oped him and it was one of the best decisions i made. He continues to be a wonderful admin. If there was an age limit I assume it would be around 13 and people like him would be excluded because others their are were immature and that is unfair

this is a quite simple question to answer. I have been through the pocket addition very thoroughly and you know what i found?!?!?! not ONE pocket!!!! I find this to be very misleading marketing....

i agree with skygeckmc! why cant everyone be nice!!! its not hard. you just dont do mean stuff. its easier than being mean

here is the conversation i had with one of the last people who logged on to my server for the first time: (i havent seen this play in a very long time, didnt think ppl still tried it)

player: HI! is the ownre on? (yes he misspelled owner....)
me: yes....why....
player: I'm from planet minecraft and I would like to rate your server, if you get a good rating i'll promote you on pmc. can I have op?
me: /ban reason: must i say?
***5 minutes go by****
new player2 logs in for the first time
server: "warning player2 has the same IP as the player player1"
player2: B**** you B**** imma F**** delete your pmc page if you don't give me op!

Its not age that is a problem. I have an admin who is 11 now but started when he was nine. One of the most mature guys I ever met and a wonderful admin

first of all i dont agree with his large classification of children as brats. I don't believe that it is an age thing. Its a cultural shift in minecraft. not an age demographic shift
