Looks like it could be your screen resolution try deleting your options folder in %appdata% then go into the craftlandoa folder.
Also try deleting it completely but back up your worlds.
Try reinstalling java.
Lasty change your screen resolution

I'm not that good with stuff but I'm pretty good

Case: Light blue with temperature detector would be nice but just blue will do
