Why do you want to help at The Luminous Network? I feel as i'm over-qualified for this position. I've played Minecraft for 4 years and have been every single staff position there is out there; including Owner, Co-Owner, Dev, Builder, Head-Builder, Head-Admin, Etc. I have owned 3 servers in the past so I know how a server functions, how the plugins work, and what the server needs and what staff need to do in order to keep the server alive. I am usually very active since i'm graduated already and have nothing else to do really. I can help any players who have any questions about Minecraft or the plugins being used in a friendly, welcoming manner that will make the player feel comfortable and "at home." I will encourage players to come back again and again because of how fun the server and it's staff are. I know not to abuse my powers as a Staff Manager and to respect everyone above and below my rank equal. I want to watch and help The Luminous Network grow into a big, welcoming community. I will provide as much free time as possible to the network to make sure that everything is running smooth and everyone is happy. I have a true passion for helping others out, so I am always asking if anyone needs assistance in any form possible within my powers and logical ability.
Have you had any ban on another server before if so, please tell us about it? Yes. Accusation from other players that I was using a X-ray client because I had so much money from selling ores and an over-powered base. In reality I just played a lot on the server and the staff were not very mature and provided a low-quality experience.
Are you able to write monthly reports of staff behavior? Yes, I have experience with monitoring staff members and professionally documenting their total time of activity, suspicious behaviors, good deeds, and punishments in a neat, clean manner.
Do you speak English and have good grammar? Yes, I am significantly fluent with English speaking and have grade-A quality grammar.
Do you have previous experience being doing these jobs, if so, where? Yes. I have a ton of experience monitoring, documenting, and leading a team of staff members. I have owned 3 servers in the past 4 years and I know how a staff team should function. I have also spent countless hours neck-deep into plugin folders trying to ensure that all of the plugins worked correctly and that players were satisfied with how they were set up.
Tell us about yourself and anything else? I love playing Minecraft, the game itself has been a part of my life for the past couple of years. If I am not devoting my time to Minecraft, I am either skateboarding with friends, volunteering at a local thrift store, or working part-time at a fast food job. I am an extremely friendly and outgoing person who enjoys helping others any way possible. I am also an entrepreneur who plans on running a skate shop in the future so and hooking up the local kids any way possible. I am very ambitious and people tend to tell me that I work "too hard," but I will always put forward my full effort into whatever I do to ensure that the outcome is of best possible quality; I will never stop until the job is completed fully.
