Your mods may not be compatible? Or perhaps one of them is out of date, old mods can cause crashes. Have you delete the Meta-Inf folder and insured you have the required mods [ie modloader, turdothingy]. What about your PC? Have you changed it? Maybe its something to do with your graphics card...
