The first server u ever joined was back when i was in 2010 i think because i have to go off of my age back then so im pretty sure its 2010 but might be 2011 idk lol. but anyways i joined on my old account because my brother played on the server and i had just bought minecraft because i watched this youtubers series survive and thrive. the server was called xtremeownage and it was actually lots of fun even tho most of the people on the server hated the faction i was in because my brother and his friend complained 24/7 it was good times tho

wish i could help but i know nothing about coding, the server sounds like a really good idea hopefully you find someone to be able to help you out because i know i would really enjoy a server like this

Experience: It has been a while since i have been a legit staff memeber on a server. I have usualy just been helping out and giving ideas here and there with people who are looking to start a server. I have had experience most of it comes from Stuff i find interesting or from other people.
Timezone:Eastern Standard Time

How can you contribute to the server: I can contribute in many ways. I can build but im the the best at building im not terrible either. I am very mature and i know how to deal with most situations. I can love helping others so ill porbably be very helpfull in many ways. I have some ideas that could be usefull to keep players and even bring in more.
How active can you be on the server daily: Due to sports i might not be able to be as active as other staff members but ill probably be able to get in at least 2 hours a day but ill probably be on alot more its just some days im busy and others i am not.
What will you do if someone greifed?: Well first i would remove the person who greifed away from the area and if you have and roll back commands i would do that or personally fix the damage myself after i punished the person who greifed. I would make sre he understands he is getting punished and than use what ever punishment you have set for me to use on greifers.
What would you do if someone was hacking?: Well unless you have another preference i would ban them because if they are useing hacks to get an advantage of people than it would not befair to the other players.
What would you do if you saw abuse from a Administrator?: I would have them banned and contact you and make sure i have proof of them abusing their powers

ohh man this brings me back into the good old days when i was so scared to go outside that i would stay inside all night because i didn't have a bed XD but now i have faced my fear because the real reason i was scared was because i had the character alive for like almost 4 months of survival and i didnt want to die XD i ended up falling in lava and i was never scared again

i would not hire them as a admin because you said "if it was younger guy really bad ban" i hate when people discriminate people for their age it makes me really mad because when i was young people always did it to me.

Why should we pick you?: I have had a pretty nice experience but my latest experience was about 4 months ago and i know it has been a while but i just recently encountered a server with a horrible staff and i tried to make a difference but sadly i wasn't able to do much. But now i have a chance to bring a change into another server.
What can you bring to our server? I can bring lots of things i have been looking for a server to be dedicated to but most were just a joke because they either werent dedicated enough or basically made bad decisions like making just about everyone op on first contact. I also have loads of ideas for stuff that could make players keep wanting to play for more and more.
What can you 'do': I can build and i am also good with a wide variety of plugins and if needed i can learn to use others because i could be good with that.
Youtube channel ? If you have one: no sorry i dont do much with youtube only using it to subscribe comment ect. But i do have a channel if needed but i think you question aims more towards people who record and stuff,

Any previous experience: Yes i ran my own server for a bit and i was an admin on a server for about 5 months untill we couldnt affoard to pay for it anymore, but that was a long time ago
What position you are going for: Admin, moderator would be just as good though
Why you want this Position: I have seen many servers with terrible staff and i want to make a difference in a server because i loved the serve but the staff ruined my experience so i want to make sure i can help even one person to not have the on a server

build a computer!!!!!!!!!!!! my computer can run minecraft at 300 fps but i keep it at 150 but anyways u dont need a good cp to run minecraft at 60 fps but anyways all u need is a decent graphics card decent cpu at least 4 gbs of ram and ur golden i have a 1gb graphics card and a 3mhz cpu so all im trying to say is if i were u you should build one for like 500 usd
