God, you still obviously didn't read the EULA R-Crafters.
For one, having items or any including in a rank and selling it is STILL breaking the EULA. If you would of read the FAQ and Answers posted by Mojang, you would see where it explained that ranks aren't allowed unless the commands and permissions are only cosmetic. Kits, extra commands, extra sethomes, extra currency, donator warps, none of that is allowed, and there isn't a way to get around it.
And two, Hypixel hasn't got shutdown because the EULA hasn't even been put in motion yet. Their giving servers time to fix everything, so if you would of read my very first comment you'd see where I said "the minecraft EULA changes AUGUST 1ST"
So after August, they will have to change a lot of things. Hence why the creator of Hypixel has been sending loads of emails and such to Mojang explaining why the new EULA shouldn't be adapted.
And three, Mojang hasn't made $1 billion. Infact, they haven't even made half of that. They're making a EULA because people are making money off their hard work, and then they have 1,000+ people a day emailing them about their kids donating $100 and then losing all their items or getting banned, etc and asking for their money back. So they decided to enforce the EULA to a higher degree, so they'd stop getting hatemail and being compared to EA.
