6.) Previous Experiences: I have been staf on a lot of servers, small and big. The biggest server I have been moderating was a server called "StormViking" which was a Norwegian Minecraft server with about 200 players all the time on average. It was run by a big youtuber that did lots of Minecraft stuff. I have also had a lot of server myself, some more successful than others, however due to a strim budget they sadly went down. Anyways, I've been playing Minecraft since 2009 so I've spend a couple of thousand hours in the game. I was early out with the Server stuff starting a server with my friends just months after buying the game and that is basically what got me into the multiplayer section of mMinecraft. I know probably most commands on the average bukkit/spigot server and I think I have the right personality to fit into this job. I am a kind, caring person who enjoys helping others and administrating servers. I will never ban unfairly, abuse my powers or insult another player and/or staffmember. I have respect for everyone no matter who you are and what you belive in and I never judge.
7.) In a short paragraph or more, explain how you would go about handling a situation which both parties have a different story. Keep in mind we make an effort to not ban people.
Situations like this is hard, what I would do first is to read through both parts stories, then I would eventually check with a plugin for proof that would support one of the stories (if we had a plugin that were usable in this situation). If that was no option and there was no way I could figure out who was right and who was wrong, both players would recive the same "punishment" (if someone shouted something bad to the other and the victim had no proof to provide) I would tell them both to stop and go different ways. And recommend them to ignore the other part. I would also warn them that if this happend again there would most likely be a different outcome so they should both stop.
