How long have you been playing Minecraft? 1 year, 2 months.
What kind of experience do you have with running a server?I used to run a classic server and ran it for 5 months. I have had experience with many of the bukkit and plugin commands after running a localhost server, just to view and/or explore the various features available through the use of bukkit.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server before and if so why?I was banned on two classic servers around 3 months ago, for unjustified reasons, including one of them because their friend disliked me :O.. The other one, I was accused of something I didn't even do...
Other than that, I was banned from 3 Beta Servers, one of them was for the reason "Potential Griefer".. I don't even remember going on this server. All I know, is that I used to let my brother play in my account (or he would RAGE*).. I remember him getting banned from some random server, but I don't remember which one. I think that may have been the one. I would have had no other reason to be accused otherwise. Since then, he now has no access to my account, therefore similar circumstances will NOT occur. The 2nd server imported the ban for this, which I believe to be completely unfair and I will be seeking unbanning on these server's to redeem my undeserved tainted status. The last server, I was accused for fly hacking. I have NEVER had Zombes or any form of cheat installed. The server was known to be quite glitchy, so I'm unsure by this. Other players agreed with me, but one Op was overpowering (an item spawner) and always threatened to ban me for simply stating my view towards a situation with not even any profanity. He gave me undeserving hatred and therefore, took the chance to ban me for a FAKE incident. This server was a private one and only encompassed a small community. I know including this information may wave my chances, but the most important thing is to be truthful.
Why would you like to be the next Global Moderator on our server?I have seen many bad experiences or adventures that have been forced upon players, when an Op happens to be online. I believe this could be prevented with an extra Global Moderator, to keep the server life a happy, delightful one. My aim if I become a GM is to ensure players gain the great experience they deserve. Players don't deserve for their creations to be utterly destroyed, robbed from all resources, spawn killed, given unfair gameplay by other players(hacks including speed, flying, noclip, xray, zombes, etc), listen to profanity and have other players take advantage of their personality. To ensure, none of the above events occur, the server would need more protection, all day long. As it is, I believe the current admins are wonderful at completing their jobs, but they cannot moderate 24/7. I believe my timezone (UTC + 10) lacks patrolling my the admins. For this reason, I believe I would like to be the next Global Mod.
What other servers have you worked on?I previously used to run my own classic server, until my reasons for hosting became less prominent and my enjoyment in the basic version of the game began to drop.
Are you an experienced build?It really depends on what the objective of the project is. I would believe my building skills to be above average, but not awe-inspiring. I don't believe that building skills aren't really a major requirement for this job, but I believe they will be sufficient, where necessary.
Please provide some images/videos of your past projects.I would provide images/videos of my past project. The last server I was on, I built a giant castle on a hill, with a massive underground base network. I would have used this, but since the server had a few irresponsible admins, they exploded my whole base with tnt and little is left.
Do you agree to not Grief/Destroy/Steal anyone's items/creations:I agree to follow these rules. I would never do, any such of a thing, as I have experience the pain and heartbreaking created from the destruction of my creations and the stealing of my well-earnt resources. I would never wish this upon another player and I would love to help to prevent such a thing occurring again.
Will you be an active member on the server?I will be as active as I possibly can. I can ensure I would be able to dedicate at least 1 - 2 hours each day. Some days, I may spend substantially more, but on special occasions I may go out for the day to hang with some friends. Other than under extreme circumstances, I probably won't miss a day from going on the server.
Will you take the required action if you see someone doing something that they shouldn't?I will assess each situation to find the correct punishment and the most appropriate. No matter, if they are a friend, everyone has to be treated equal from an admin perspective to keep things fare. My final answer for this question would be, "Of course, yes".
Any additional information about yourself and why we should pick you?I used to work as a minecraft classic server software developer, for various softwares and put many hard hours of work towards coding. I am now, also, a plugin developer for a bukkit plugin called Basics:
