Experience: I was formerly a moderator on a popular server, in which I was a part of to it's rise to around 200 players at any one time (Just a bit of Minecraft relate experience). Whilst I was with this server, I was with other members of staff, which gave me the knowledge on what to do to make your server and site look professional. I also have knowledge in media and how it works, and what you can do to make a post be seen etc.
