Whats your experience as a staff Member please with full details:* I have been part of staff on over 14 servers now, all from applying on planet minecraft. I know a lot about commands and how to use bukkit plugins because I am a server owner myself and to be honest I just made my server 3 days ago, I am planning on making a network of servers but we only have plots right now. On every server I am a loyal and dedicated player.

Why should we pick you over others:* I am a loyal, dedicated player and or staff member who will be on for 1-6 hours a day to help manage the community, possibly find some bugs, and to get players to know the server. Also I can grow a great community of players and a great player base.

what will you bring to the server;* I will bring a great community and player base. Also I know what it takes to be a good admin, mod, etc. so I can make everyone recognize and feel comfortable with the server.

What would you do if there is a flaming argument:* I would first check out the argument and see if there is anything I know server based that can settle the argument. Second I will try to get them to stop if they keep on going. Finale I will either kick them or temp ban them, this is depending on how bad the argument is.

about yourself/extra info: I won't goof around or just ignore players questions or any arguments because I am loyal to what is need to be done.

Why do you want to be an Alpha tester?: I want to help grow this server into a server with a nice community and a great experience for all. Also I love to help other servers and I think this one deserves to be a great server! Just to tell you most likely if I don't get accepted from this application I will try to donate for alpha testing because I would love to help you guys make this a successful server with a great player base.

Will you be dedicated to finding bugs?: I will play for 1-6 hours a day only to find bugs and glitches that you and your staff team can fix! Also I won't just play to play what you have I will be loyal and dedicated to finding bugs. I know how hard it is to have custom plugins and a lot to do so I want to let you and your staff have a break and let me and the other alpha testers give you a break, of course it is if I get accepted. Finale I know how a server works because I am a server owner myself, I know what will be classified as a bug and what won't be.

Why do you want to help our project: I want to help because I love to see servers grow and have a great community over time. Also I know how hard it can be to make a server and manage it because I am a proud server owner myself. Also I love to see a RPG server grow with unique stuff like classes or mobs and bosses etc. Finale I really just want to help with the server grow.

Why You Would Like To Be That Position: I want to help grow the server so it becomes a nice enjoyable prison server with a great community that helps each other and gets along. Also I love to see servers grow and know that I helped do it. I know this sounds cheesy but I swear I am here to help and to help only.

Experience: I have been staff on over 15 servers now applied on all of them and I am a proud server owner myself. My server is called the Jasamania Network but I don't want to advertise. Also I know a lot about plugins for I am my own server developer on my server so I know how to use commands when to use them and if I should use them.

Any Sweet Skills? I can make groups in group manager, I am dedicated and loyal, I know how to talk to the players to make them listen, and I know almost all the commands you will need as a staff member.

Other Info (Optional): I am 16, I will play for 1-4 hours a day depending on my schedule, I love to help players to my best ability, and my Skype name is Jacks1333 but I don't have a microphone sorry.

Past experience with any type of technical usage (Linux, Multicraft, etc.): I right now am running a server that uses multicraft and I know about FTP and how to install plugins and stuff. Also I know a lot about plugins but I can't make them.

Why do you want to be Admin?: I want to help grow the server and community by helping others when needed. Also I really just want to see servers grow and expand to become big successful servers with a good player base. I know this May sound cheesy but I promise you I am here to help and only here to help.

I will pm you the ip but 2 things I just started it yesterday and it only has a plot world. Second is I can't get on right now. Also this was all done by me I haven't hired any staff yet. Another thing I forgot to add is my skype which is Jacks1333 but the problem is I don't have a mic sorry.
