6: Tell Us A Bit about yourself: I'm Jack, 18, and have been playing minecraft for 3+years i love playing the game as a chilled out game with friends and just having fun.
7: Do you have any experience about Vanilla SMP from the past?
(Optional but bigger chance if answered) Yes i have recently finished playing on ImagineCraft SMP due to a problem with one of the staff members i have decided to leave the server and look for a fresh start and meet new people

Why would you like to join the server? I love playing SMP's, Metting new people and just having fun

Will you be respectful to other players? Of course, if i have any problems with anyone i will speak to them privately to try and resolve the problem although i hope that i will not have any problems.

What experience do you have in this field?: I have been admin previously on 2 different Factions servers that both ended due to inactivity on the server, but my role was to keep everyone inline and keep to the rules,

Describe yourself!: i am a very energetic person and am devoted to helping others.

How do you deal with conflicts?: I will take both sides of story and make a judgement or if need be i will ask a higher rank of authority.

Can you work well in a group environment?: Yes i am very good with working with others.

Are you able to take the constructive input of others?: Yes i am and use it to make my work better!

What can you tell me that would further insure my trust in you as a staff member?: I am very trustworthy and loyal.

Why do you want to join this team?: Because i have loved playing factions and have had a lot of problems myself and see how stressfull it can be for some members so i would like to give back and help as many people as i can out.
