I believe that all staff should be chosen very carefully. a lot of staff abuse their powers. almost all staff have abused their powers at least once. many people want staff position to make others feel inferior to them. people will go to long lengths to get a staff position. I believe that me writing this application is not enough to qualify me as a staff candidate. however, I do not want to be inferior to everyone, and I don't want to be superior to them either.
I can help you because I can make your server a paradise for players. players like I want fair staff who are 100% dedicated to being a staff and ensuring a good time and the safety of the players. I think that the most practical use would be for command block systems that say things like "vote" or change gamemodes of players and give them kits. I believe that I can take on the responsibility of any of the staff positions and not abuse my powers. if I do, you can kill me. my weakness is bullets. I have a cool laser that sets fire to everything. it is expensive and possibly illegal. I hope it is still legal. I am great at pyrotechnics. I need to stay on topic. I am an aspergers human. I see people and interpret social information with basic concepts. it is hard to look at people. I can spot out when something is wrong or is someone is doing something wrong as in social terms. this would be bullying, griefing, spamming, threats, kicking disregarding the rules, banning disregarding the rules, and innapropriate chat. I have been an operator on 2 servers before. however, the higher staff on one of the servers bullied me and got me deranked my pretending to be me and screenshoting it, and the other server shut down. I dislike people who try to bully others in some form very much. I seriously have to do the dishes.
