Help/JavaEdition Free Minecraft Server Hosting For New Server Owners

• I have been a server owner before for many years I think like 1-2 but I stopped so I could focus on school and family and I am thinking of starting one back up.
• i am going to be running a factions server, on paper 1.12.2 and one of the plugins i am going to be adding is going to be via versions which if you don't know what that is it allows anyone on the server no matter your game version.
• i am thinking of 20-30 players
