Experience: I have owned personally three servers that for the time they ran, became above average on the success level. I Have recieved several staff ranks on server, and do remain admin on three separate servers, but will pay close attention to those servers in need of help and/or assistance such as this, dedicating most of my time to help launch and maintain the server on a level with an abundance of constant players dedicated to the server.
Proof of experience: I can locate you to the servers, or to anything that is currently still running, as for anything old enough to be gone, I contain no evidence for those by the words of myself.
I am a person who enjoys in being enrolled in having the opportunity to help a new and small server grow. I prefer servers as such because I can relate to players in enjoying the server, and understanding equality. I know what respect is and it has become a normality to me as well manners. I know and understand why the rules you have placed are being enforced and am well open to enforce them as well as assist players in understanding them. I also can assist players in any fields, or any staff. I am very well educated in the IT section of education as I've took many classes and course and am willing to share some skills with you, or help find a solution for a problem any player on the server might encounter. I have owned 3 separate servers and 2/3 became what I consider to be popular. I've became co-owner, admin, mod, helper, etc. so I have a general idea of what the role of any rank I might so happen to receive, now or in the future, so you can trust me to help in the progression of your server, I understand the obligation of loyalty to any server I am given responsibility on and to my believing have never let anyone down.
I can guarantee constant helpful success to help your server grow and become successful. When, as many times I have described success, I will find what your goals are and sustain those goals, and if possible to my power, go beyond those goals.
Unlike most players I tend to take being a staff rank on even a game as such, to a much more serious level. Over the course of this summer I currently enrolled in a summer internship that is under the IT field of employment in New York City (I prefer to keep further details private). As for two of my major strengths in school are mock trials, as well as engineering. I prefer to rather than giving you experience based off in the game to take a look beyond that so you can judge more on what I can develop rather than what the normality of minecraft servers are usually. If given any staff rank I will take it as if its a job, where I will spend time, and help to find a solution to issues of the server, staff, or any players. I can assist in advertising and creating a strong community. As well as being educated in the actual basis of the server, I can also help into developing the extra amenities such as advertisements, websites, and developing new plugins. As for building I take this into a different level then usual for minecraft. I understand architecture and what is appealing to the public and can help if needed in building something as you may need. From my perception, and yours possibly soon, I offer a wide variety of skills that can help in the succession of something as simple as a minecraft server, and can bring simple, to complexity creating a very strong, enjoyable server for any player that might be in attendance to your server.
