Past-experience:I was recently Mod on a server that is decently popular. The ip is play.squadcraft.net if you want to check it out. I was there for a while until i left because i started to realize that production was extremely slow.

Knowledge of plugins and permissions:I am really good with commands but im better with perms i have been playing minecraft for 4 years and i cant really miss any command when it comes to the regular server based ones.
Situation, solution: If a staff member was having trouble with another player that is younger than them or doesnt think they could solve the problem them selves i would definitely step in. I would easily take the matters of the situation into my own hands and handle it right there by muting the player and reasoning with the staff member to hear his side of the story then the players side.
Anyone i would recommend to be staff: No i dont know anyone atm but i will have 4 of my good friends join the server later today.
