Developer Experience: I have coded several public projects such as a King of the Hill project (
http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/king-of-the-hill), so I am familiar with coding minigames, which generally are the hardest bukkit plugins to create. I have known Java for 2 years (Java is the language of Minecraft, and therefore is what Bukkit plugins are coded in).
Coding Rating: 9.5 / 10.0, assuming 10 is the best whereas 1 is crap.
Basic Requests: I can do basic plugins. Obviously the more basic the plugin, the less it will cost. They generally are faster than harder plugins. I am unsure what you are referring to by server setup. That is not the role of a developer, but an admin (if I am understanding correctly)
Availability: While it is summer time, I can code for this server a few hours per day, generally speaking. When school commences in the fall, my time becomes more limited but I can remain dedicated.
