What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? - I owned and ran my own Minecraft server a few years ago.

How many hours can you contribute per day? - 2-3, depends on the day
What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than they are? - Don't lose your patience, just because your older than them, doesn't mean your better than them.
SCENARIO : You get multiple reports on someone that is being fairly abusive in private chat, What you do? (You have access to chat logs) - Look at the chat logs, if they are abusive I give the player a warning, if it continues I temporarily ban the player - probably for a few days.
SCENARIO : You just get online and you start getting reports of people being scammed with no proof what is your course of action? - Ask some people who are online what has been going on, if I get enough evidence I dish out suitable punishment, if not, I give the players involved a warning than leave it.
Are you able to record? (For proof) - Not at the moment, but I can get some recording software if that is a requirement.
Anything else we should know? - I thoroughly enjoyed running my own server, and very much want to help out with someone else's. From what other people tell me, I am mature for my age.
