Most people celebrate New Years Eve, not New Years Day.. If we ran it on the 23rd, it would run over Christmas.. It's going to be roughly three-five days long. December 23rd is my birthday and I will be in New York City the 26-31.

Fender, the Games haven't begun yet.. We'll officially start them either the 17th, 20th, or the 1st. It depends on the amount of entries between now and then.

*A Voice booms through the Arena.*

Attention: There has been a change in rules. Tributes are now allowed to ally with partners during the Games until less than three remain. That is all. Thank you.

We aren't following the storyline/personas of the book. This is the same series of Games Peeta and Katniss were in the first time but with different tributes, same time and arena. The games will start around January 1st, after the holidays.

By 'We're going off the books' I was ONLY referring to the silver parachutes.. I decided to have rules in this one to keep it fair and balanced. Check the District roster to see if you were accepted.

And yes.. I will be filming as well as one of my Administrators.

I'm actually searching for one like that, yes.

Most of you have been added to the Roster that were accepted. Those who made the applications before 8:00 PM (EST) of last night were PMed asking which district they'd like to be in. Thank you all for applying, and keep them coming.

I've updated the application and sent a PM to all applicants. They'll have to redo them with the new format. I'm hoping to begin the Games by the first of January, 2012. This'll give us time to get past the Holidays, though I may begin the Games closer to today's date if I can gather enough people.

I'm hosting a much more advanced system of the Hunger Games and on a much less 'laggy' server. I was on this server today before opening my own and I must say that the Admins actually killed me multiple times and told me to 'stfu' for giving them constructive criticism.

You do not need Skype to participate. It's just a recommendation. I'm the CEO of a small computer business and have meetings around this time on every Tuesday/Friday; I'll choose applications after the meeting is finished.

Endermen randomly grab blocks from the ground. If you run inside of a building they WILL attempt to move the blocks to get you out.
