Why do you want to be staff: I have been looking for something to occupy my time with during the summer and after, so I decided to try out for staff on a server.
How can you help the server: I will help the server become a better community, and I will treat all fellow members with the respect they deserve.
What would you do if you saw a hacker, xrayer or spammer/advertiser: I would warn them to take off whichever they are using, and if they continue to use the certain thing, I would kick them, and then after that, ban them.
Experience: I've owned a server for 2 and a half years. I've been Moderator and Admin on multiple servers, and I have experience in web developing. Unfortunately for myself, I lacked the funds to continue going on with my server, which is another reason why I would appreciate becoming an authority figure on a server which I believe has great potential.
Maturity: 10/10 if required.
