What do you feel you have to offer this server?: I could offer the players, and the server a fun, friendly building environment while helping players with problems/situations. I would be loyal and committed to my position. I can even help build (especially pixel arts.) I have a very patient and mature personality. My experiance in this sort of job definitely helps :3
How are you able to handle players?: I'm actually a pretty chatty person, and I love to make people laugh. I would fit right in
Here's a scenario, Player 1 is breaking the rules in, let's say, the factions world, Player 2 is submitting a complaint, how would you handle Player 1, breaking a general rule (ex. griefing, spawn killing, etc. etc...)?: First, I would question Player 1's motives. If the player starts cussing it out, well, I would give him 3 warnings before jail/mute/kick. If the player returns and continues to break the rules, it will result in a ban. Also, I would definitely take a screenshot of the proof that Player 1 broke a rule. Or depending on the seriousness of the crime, instant ban. But only if it's really serious.
Do you feel you will use your powers as a staff member wisely?: Definitely. You didn't even have to ask
Any past experience you have with being a staff member on a server?: Yes, I have been staff/mod/co-owner on three other servers before.
Do you have experience in plugins? (will not count off if you don't have any): No, but I can learn if needed
If or when this server becomes big and popular I would love to be there to watch and help
