Experience in chosen job: I am really experienced in mining in around a hour if I am lucky I can find everyone a full set of armor and tools and some others to go along with it, and with potions I know ever recipe to the every potion that could weaken an enemy player or create a distraction for a small retreat

Teamwork and communication, you can not run a faction without good communication with your team members since it's the most vital aspect for survival and to be up in the top list of factions. Because of this I feel it's the most essential quality every faction should have.
