What time are you most often on? (your time) - 4pm-9pm weekdays 8am-10pm weekends (give or take. I'm not staring at my computer all day however. I do competitive sports and whatnot)

Have you ever been banned or temp banned on another server? - Yeah of course, if someone says they haven't odds are they're lying. I got tempbanned on mineplex for a hacker report when I was using damage indicators (apparently not allowed lol) Yeah I've gotten banned before too. Looking at mcbans it was back in like 2013 when I was first playing. The ban message was "You broke 10 honeypots!" Go figure what that means. Cause I have no clue.
What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? – Yeah of course, I have some developer projects here.

What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? - They're learning, it's all a learning experience. Give warnings with caution and making sure to tell them why they received the warning/kick/mute/ban/ect.
