Why do i want staff-Cause ive been staff on other servers and i just want staff tbh so bored of being the player,i would perfer being a staff member!

Why should I pick you?I love playing minecraft,but it seems almost EVERY server I play on staff abuse,spawn stuff I am looking for a server that is hardcore and legit.
I have been playing minecraft since beta and I enjoy it to its fullest!
Background(links to previous servers you have been staff on):All servers have been shutdown because no one would donate.Me and my friend do personaley host a hamichi server.
Anything else you want to say:I will be a great staff member ,I just want to help someone out with there server.You will also find that i am VERY reliable,I am on alot ,and over summer I will stay up ALL night.

Reason you want to be the rank:I love to moderate being an admin is just to hard and it limits your game play on the server. If i join your server and revive mod i will get a friend captainraibow to come on and donate consedering how good the server is .I am a great mod and i love minecraft.Captainraibow my friend has his own server you can join and hopefully be op .

Why should I chose you?:Im a great mod/builderI have a youtube channel i can and would post vids of your server to help it get popular I am very quiet and reserved to myself, I usually end up being the person who doesn't get involved within a situation until it seems completely pathetic and ridiculous.
How would you help the server?:I usually keep to myself by distracting myself with things to do.
I am most likely, the only moderator that legitimately doesn't bother people nor boss them around. I don't talk very often except at important moments. I can actually handle pressure well, my friend actually told me that I make more sense when I'm angry.(I guess I'm weird like that or something.)
Do you work well with others?:Very well I dont have a problem with someone getting mad at me because i banned there friend.
Experience:I do have experience on a single server which actually got wiped out so I left it.

Experience: I have a friend and he let me be co owner but when the monthly bill came in it wasnt good he ended up shutting down the server 3 months later .
About me: Im 13 years old got a pretty fair computer and love to build and modrate. Ive thought about getting a server but it would end up being to much of a hassle.
