Yes.
Upload the gif to a photohosting service. I like
http://www.TinyPic.com, but any should work as long as it supports gifs
Click the "Insert Image" button in the Body/Main Description area. Paste the URL of the image into the dialogue. If it doesn't work, try using a different URL. Some image hosting services delete old pictures unless you subscribe so watch out.
