Experience: I started playing Minecraft late January 2015. I have recorded many videos onto YouTube and have had one on one conversations with Mineplex staff, asking questions regarding how to moderate Minecraft servers. I have moderated small servers in the past, servers which usually last about 3 months and then run out of money from the lack of donations, rank purchases etc... I did have some videos of them with me being Moderator but the Owner asked me to take them down as he didn't want his server up on YouTube anymore. I would want to run my own server, make it a server built on peoples ideas. It would be based around what they want, my main source of information coming from YouTube as I am more popular on that than any other social media platform.

Why should I choose you?: I am a very devoted individual. I love what I do no matter what it is. I treat things how others would want me to treat them and put them before me. I want to make your server a server which people can rely on, something that will make them feel better against whatever sort of day they have had. I want people to join your server and forget about every negative thought that is going through their head. This would be my personal goal as a member of this servers staff team. I have a passion for helping others, I feel that I can talk to anyone about their problems, worries, or advice/ideas on how to make it a better server again. I love communicating and sharing thoughts, even just asking how someones day has been. I also make sure that those people who are not following your server rules, will be punished according to what rule they have broken. I would never let certain individuals ruin such a great future server. I also have a YouTube channel with currently 694 subscribers. I can use this as a great advantage to advertise your server. I would upload videos weekly on your server, creating an urge for my viewers to want to join. I will help out as much as I can, as much as I do now on other servers, but more from the rise of authority. I will not abuse my power in anyway and will express my true personality and socialism towards every player on 'Mineplex', make them feel comfortable with their surroundings and for them to know that there is always someone to speak to if there is something wrong.
Can you go by a schedule?: I can certainly follow a schedule, as long as it doesn't interrupt my school time. I have finished all of my exams now so I will have enough time to stick to a placed schedule.
What is your favorite part about being a staff member?: My favourite part about being a staff member is defiantly to help people with questions, worries, or if they are having problems making friends and being a part of your server. A big problem that I see a lot of in server chats are arguments. They can escalate very quickly and need to be dealt by someone who is willing to help break the argument up. I really want to encourage people to help others with negative situations and to show them how to lighten up the atmosphere of the game. Bring people together is my personal objective. I would feel very accomplished and proud of myself.
