- I do have a couple of good rigs from steve to modded mobs but mostly every time from now I improve my rigs.

I think your doing great for a minecraft youtuber. In my own opinion, 126 subscribers is actually alot for someone who just started!
1. For visual effects well i don't have any tips there but all i can say is that you can ask a friend who is good with graphic design or learn at some tutorial sites, I honestly don't know since I do visual effects myself.
2. It depends on how much views you have or likes on your videos.
3. Time, and tags.
All I can say is just keep on what your doing right now.
