Why should I hire you?: To be a Staff Member it takes, commitment, passion, Hard work, and an Awesome personality. I contain all these in myself. I have tons of experience with Staffing, I get work done, And no hackers will ever slip by me.And I just want to put all my effort into helping all players have a better experience on your server
How can you Help: Again I have pretty much every personality, quality to be an awesome staff member. Without any serious staff on any server the server is literally going to fall apart from the inside out. Players would be Spamming, Cursing, Hacking, And worst of all setting a bad example for new players and younger players. Thats where I come in, I know pretty much every do's & dont’s, and I know the punishment for them.
Plugins experience/Building experience: I am extremely well at plugins and can manage those but not so much at building.
How much will you Dedicate to the Server: Weekdays:2-4 Hours
Weekends:4-12 Hours
How Long have you been Playing Minecraft: I have been playing minecraft for approximately 3 years.
How will you Treat New Players: I will welcome the players & make them feel at home. Also, I will help them with all there requests from big to little.
How will you Treat Rule-Breakers:
Here is the actions if say a player were to join my server.
Players who break the rules can be a very very detailed subject, donors will be treated the same as normal Players. I’m going to go in brief order for certain scenarios for rules broken. to elaborate more, let’s say a player is saying join my server 15.4.78.654 I would kick him for advertising, a player is saying t58 is hacking t58 is hacking t58 is hacking t58 is hacking over and over I would give him a warning, if he/she keeps doing it I would kick the user. Say a player is saying minecrafboyforlife8 is a fag over and over again I would kick him for spamming and being disrespectful to other players. If a player is seriously hacking like using Forcefield, clickaimbot and speed hacking I would record as fast as I could get enough evidence and ban the user. Let’s say a player is being racist in the chat; there is a player ChingChongAsian for example, someone is being racist to him because of his name, I would kick him and personally pm him and tell him to knock it off because that is very disrespectful. Now here’s a big one BSM (better sprint mod) I honestly hate this Mod, if you are chasing someone off of spawn, they’re going to get away. This Mod totally makes the game unfair for players who don't have it installed. If a player is using it I would record it, kick him then immediately file a ban.
