    Yes, it really says {permprefix}{group} name {permsuffix} (msg), but msg would be what you wrote, and the name bring the name

    Reasons why you want the staff position: I want to help servers grow. I want Jonathan Kennant to be a common name. I want to find the perfect server.
    What makes you different from others?: Well, I know about demographics, bringing in massive server traffic to other servers (Over 2000 on a single server)
    A bit about yourself (hobbies, favourite colours, celebrity crush – BE CREATIVE ;D): I don't have many hobbies, but I enjoy Minecraft immensely. I enjoy moderating, as in positions like these, where I know I am making a difference- and making the server owner's life easier.

    Have you ever been staff before? Definitely. Admins on 4 servers, mod on 2, Trainee+ on 1, and owner on 3.
    Experience using plugins; I manage 3 servers for my clients, so i am pretty good at most plugins.
    Experience installing plugins and setting up perms: Great. Permissions, I have a bit of trouble with nodes, but my organization manages software/installation, so I definitely know how to set up plugins
    Can you donate? (around $10) No, I am currently investing into my organization
    Are you a good builder? yes, i have been complemented on my 5-minute structures many times.
    Will you help new players? Obviously. New players are our future. Players need help. On my previous servers, I would make sure to welcome each and every player.

    hours you can be on: Usually 6 hours a day, somehwat through 3:00 to 9:00 PM on weekdays.
    previous roles on mc: Admin Twice- Both owners were nutjobs, one was a griefer, one had a mood swing and banned a bunch of people, including me.... And Trainee+ on another, but I didn't much care for that server
    what you can do for the server: I can bring massive traffic to the server (I got over 200 people in one day to another server) I LOVE Towny, knowing almost every command, and I want to help the server grow, eliminating things that prevent it from growing. I want to stop violaters of the rules, and help players who need it. I want to be the Perfect Admin.

    are u good with handerling griefers; Yes. For griefers, depending on the degree, that is at least a tempban.
    are u good with griefers: I am good with handling griefers, and stopping them from striking again.


    I really hope I get picked, as I play about 6 Hours a day.

    how will you help the server: Just monitoring the "evils" and creating things to enrich the lives of fellow players.

    What will you do when someone doesnt follow the rules?: Depending on the degree, a mute/ban/tempban/kick
    Are you good with factios?: I am excellent at Towny, and pick up commands quick, I somewhat know factions, but I will try to learn ASAP
    Why you?: Well, I feel I will be a good Admin, i have proper Grammar/spelling, and, I spend a lot of time on Minecraft in which I could eliminate rulebreakers.
