The cause of the problems will be from one or another of the plugins you have installed. I suggest looking through the documentation for the plugins and the configuration files that your server has for them. (Particuarly plugins that edit the actual world, e.g. worldguard has options that will disable damage) If you still can't find the issue, send me a private message or post below with the list of plugins your server has and I can help you have a look through for things that could be causing an issue.
Ok, having had a look at the error log, the issue is forge having problems with java 8. You'll either need to set your minecraft to run with Java 7 to solve the issue, or upgrade your forge version to build 1217 or above.
Go to your forge profile in the launcher, click edit profile, then tick the launcher visibility checkbox and change the option dropdown to keep launcher open, then save the profile. This will keep your launcher open when your forge install starts, and show the game output in a tab on the launcher. There will hopefully be an error report or crash message in that game output, reply or edit your above post with it in (Use a spoiler If it's long) Should provide some pointers as to what the problem is.

Couple of questions just to clarify, when you re-installed minecraft and forge, did you put the same mods back in and get the problem, or not put any mods in at all? And secondly does your minecraft launcher dissapear after you press play, and then nothing happens? Given what you've said, the problem is most likely a case of your new mod having compatibility issues with one or more of the other mods in your install.
Try having another read over the mod install instructions to see if you overlooked anything, like if you have the correct version of the mod for the forge installation you are using. The reason being is that you don't have any other mods besides forge that could be causing compatibility issues as far as I'm aware, so it seems like it could be a version problem.
Could you show me a crash log? It should help in working out what was wrong with the installation of the mod. You may also want to check whether the mod itself is stored in a .jar file inside the .zip, if so you need to extract the file first.
Falling from 19.95 to 18.23 is not really a particularly bad decrease, and is still a good TPS to be running at. As for why it never stays stable, all servers will change in TPS when they are up, due to factors such as numbers of players online and chunks loaded. If you do want to try and make it higher, which isn't particularly necessary with your TPS, then try removing some of your plugins, 54 is quite a lot to be running.
The flag 'entry' is what you are looking for, it allows you to deny the entry of user groups to the region in question, they can still leave though, since that's denied through a separate flag 'exit'. Have a look at this for information on how to set up the specific groups http://wiki.sk89q.com/wiki/WorldGuard/R ... ing_Groups
What is the problem with it, as in how does it not successfully run your server?. If you have a crash report then upload it to pastebin and post the link so i can have a look.
This is indeed possible, go to the factions bukkit page, and click on the files tab at the top of the page, there you can find all the versions of factions to download
I had a very similar problem with this myself yesterday, the game just would not load with a similar error report to yourself. Came back today, and it worked fine without me doing anything. If you're still having a problem, then try doing a force update first. It's a better method of re-installing the pack than deleting the ftb install folder, However, it's still worth a try if you're continuing to have a problem.
The reason that it's not working is that noswing is still active: noswing: active: true actions: cancel vl>10 log:noswing:0:5:if cancel Set it to false as Al3xPro said and you should be able to use it.
Have a look at this page if you're using PermissionsEX https://github.com/PEXPlugins/Permissio ... multiworld, it should answer your question. if you're using groupmanager I haven't had much experience of using it, but if you look it up on a search engine, then there's a good amount of tutorials that you could take a look at. if you're still unsure, then post a reply and I'll give you some more help.
Not that I know of. The majority of protection plugins work on the basis of if you have build perms, then you can both build and break. There is no specific option to have one without the other.
You need to give your users the permission plotme.use. This will give them 1 plot to claim on the world, if you don't want that, add the permission plotme.limit.X where X is the number of plots they can claim.
I can't really help based of the information you've given. I suggest contacting the owner/admins of the server you're on and see if they can help you out.
