Sorry for keeping this thread dead and not responding. Yes I have figured out the solution. I deleted the Badlion files off my computer than I reinstalled Badlion. This fixed the issue. I hope this can help you guys in the future. So for my lack of response.

To clarify I reinstalled Badlion Client and when I opened it there was still an outline, and when I opened Vanilla Minecraft there was no outline

I don't think I did modify any game files, also I reinstalled, I also tried launching vanilla Minecraft no outline, I might use vanilla Minecraft for a bit, I wish I could use Badlion Client. Also, I was on my own computer. Thanks for you help so far!
